  • For Captains only - Bringing your boat. No refunds.
  • This crew registation type assumes you ARE assigned to a boat, or coming via alternate transportation methods. No Refunds.

Please read EZPass directions carefully. This registration type is only open to:

A) Captains bringing their boat

B) Crew assigned to a boat or using alternate means of transportation.

The cost is $115 per person, non refundable.

Upon enlistment of the Ezpass, you may elect to attend, or not attend each event - it's your choice.

Standard, selective registrations are still available - listed in our Events section.

EZPass payment will automatically sign you up for ALL EVENTS, namely:

1. Beach Party (Sat)

2. Kayak Adventure (Sun)

3. Wine Tasting Tour (Mon)

4. East End Cruise (Tues - Fri)

5. B Smith's Dinner  (Fri)

6. Rainbow Rally (Sat)

7. Raft-up/Pot Luck/Awards (Sat)

The flotilla will be based out of Coecles harbor, however we plan on sailing together to a few different (local) locations throughout the week.

Event Registration
 
We will be updating this information regularly and will forward update emails to event registrants, so please register as early as possible.

There are three registration types.

(A) Captains bringing their boats
(B) Crew already assigned, and made arrangements with a captain to be on their boat

(C) Crew who would like to participate, but not yet assigned to a boat.  [By selecting this option, there is no guarantee we will be able to place you on a boat, however we we make every effort to do such.]

 
Special Note:

This particular registration is for attending the Flotilla itself Only. It DOES NOT include other special events such Wine Tasting Tour, Kayak Adventure,  Beach Party, East End Cruise, BSmiths Dinner.
For these events, seperate registration is required.   
Captain's Responsibilities

Getting There
We would like each boat to arrive in the Harbor no later than 3pm (Sat) so that we have the best chance of getting the most people to attend our beach party in the evening.
It is pretty straight forward sail into the harbor. Keep two things in mind.
a) Use the Plum don't try to fight it especially at its peak
b) Approach of Coecles harbor: 7' MLW. Narrow Channel. Pass Green Can #5 tight port. Line up with Green Can #7. Clearing #5 make way port into field or to Marina (if you have reservations)
Options 

Boats that would like a mooring or slip. Please contact Coecles Harbor Marina Directly. They offer moorings (1.50/ft) and slips (3.50/ft) (631) 749-0700.

 
Communications (Check in)
Upon approach, please hail KSA fleet leader to check in. We want to ensure all boats arrive safely.
If you are delayed, please let us know either by phone or radio so we don't send the Coast Guard out looking for you.

The flotilla team committed to open up a dialog on channel 69 to talk about the day's plans, weather, address questions, take direction from our Excursion leader.  Air Time: 9 AM and 4 PM  Channel 69 Daily

On Thursday, July 26 @ 8PM we shall have a quick call with captains who wish to join to discuss final details and address any questions.
