• Wednesday 9/2 @ 8pm:Captains Meeting (conference bridge info listed below)

• Early Arrival Friday 9/4

• Saturday 9/5
• Afternoon bike ride, running trails and/or explore Keyport.
• @ 7pm: Dinner at Keyport Yacht Club (please register with separate event)

• Sunday 9/6
• @ 10 am Sail to Sandy Hook for raft up and Swim
• @ 7pm: Potluck - Barbecue Dinner onshore at KYC.  Bring burgers, dogs, grill items to cook on the KYC grill. Pasta/Potato salad, baked beans, etc. Please let the Flotilla captain know what you are planning to bring so they can balance items.

Registration:

All captains and crew are required to register for this event. There are three registration types:

1. Captains bringing their boats
   
2. Crew already assigned, made arrangements with a captain to be on board
   
3. Crew who would like to participate, but not assigned to a boat. Please note: By selecting this option, there is no guarantee we will be able to place you on a boat. However, we we make every effort to do so.

Dinner on Saturday:

• Our group dinner will be hosted at Keyport Yacht Club.
• All inclusive dinner will cost $25, payable by cash at the door.
• Please REGISTER for this separate event so that we can properly plan.
• Dinner includes appetizers, main entrée, dessert, coffee/tea. Cash bar.

Those wishing to Anchor: We usually anchor just outside the mooring field to the east.
