WHY: The Stonewall Sails Regatta supports Hudson River Community Sailing's Youth Development Programs, which help underserved New York City kids thrive academically and learn leadership skills through sailing education. In 2015 we raised $9,225 and last year over $7,000. Help us finally break the $10,000 mark this year! All donations are 100% tax deductible and go to a great cause.
ABOUT THE REGATTA: The Stonewall Regatta is open to all. We’re aiming to have ten boats racing again this year, five to a boat. Skippers must be certified with Hudson River Community Sailing (if you raced last year, you don’t need to re-certify). We try to get at least five races in. Breakfast and water will be provided (bring your own lunch/snacks). There will be an awards ceremony and party immediately afterwards. Awards include gold, silver, bronze, and most importantly - best-in-show
Entry fee for KSA members regatta participants: $50
Entry fee for non-KSA members, regatta participants: $65
